I made a mistake and purchased a grill through KSP. The product came open, when it says faulty, parts are missing and others are crooked.My luck was that the responsibility lies with Carmel Direct. I approached them and everything that needed to be replaced was replaced. Not only that, but while KSP lied and advertised that they get free grill coverage and then said "it's over and there is no more", here a guy named Oz did above and beyond and gave me coverage.I do not know which grill you would like to buy, but this place gives a different level of service and it is worth it all! Respect to people like Oz who understand what service is!
